Dear Colleague
The EBMT Nurses Group & the EBMT Swiss Nurses Working Group attaches the utmost importance to the proper training and extra training of nursing staff and other allied health care professionals, in order to optimize the treatment and care of patients and their families.

The Study Day will be held on Saturday 5th November 2011 from 9:00 – 17:00 at the University Hospital Zurich, Switzerland.

During this study day, specialist nurses and physicians will give you an update on recent developments, the management of haematological disorders as well as on topics surrounding haematopoietic stem cell transplantation of clinical practice today.

You will have the opportunity to visit the stem cell transplantation ward at the University Hospital Zürich and the chance to network with your colleagues.

Accessibility is the key to our success in this endeavour and as such we will be running simultaneous translation in 4 different languages (English, French, German and Italian). This will ensure that nurses and other allied health care professionals can benefit from the meeting.
